Bluff Point invests in lower middle-market growth information technology companies serving the financial services and healthcare industries.

Bluff Point’s team collectively has decades of experience in recognizing a company’s growth potential and working with its management to reach that potential. While we take a hands-on approach in managing our investments, the senior management teams at our portfolio companies run their companies’ day-to-day activities.

Bluff Point has no outside investors, which allows us to take a longer outlook on our investments and gives our portfolio companies the chance to reach their full potential

Investment Criteria

Bluff Point looks for the following in potential investments: 

• recurring revenue model
• technology as a core competency
• strong senior management
• the ability to gain a control position
• $3 to $30 Million in revenue, positive earnings or a clear path to profitability
