Thomas E. McInerney
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McInerney is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Bluff Point Associates. Before founding Bluff Point Associates, Mr. McInerney served as a General Partner of the New York City-based private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe since 1987, focusing on investments in the information/business services industry. He currently serves on a number of corporate and non-profit boards.

 Paula G. McInerney
 President

Ms. McInerney is the President and co-founder of Bluff Point Associates. Before founding Bluff Point Associates, Ms. McInerney was the Chief Operating Officer for OppenheimerFunds where she was responsible for the firm’s Strategy, Technology, Transfer Agency, Human Resources and Facilities. She currently serves on a number of corporate and non-profit boards.

Neil Q. Gabriele
Managing Director

Mr. Gabriele is a Managing Director with Bluff Point Associates. Prior to joining Bluff Point, Mr. Gabriele was a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their financial services practice. Earlier he worked for Optech Systems (now part of Matrix Financial Solutions) in an operating role and worked for Fidelity Investments in several capacities, including as a systems analyst and trader. He serves on a number of corporate boards.

John P. Gilliam
Managing Director

Mr. Gilliam is a Managing Director with Bluff Point Associates. Prior to joining Bluff Point, Mr. Gilliam was Senior Vice President of Finance at The BISYS Group, Inc., a diversified, publicly-traded financial services company. His responsibilities included controllership, mergers and acquisitions, SEC and management reporting, tax, treasury, and financial systems.

John L. McInerney 
Managing Director

Mr. McInerney is a Managing Director with Bluff Point Associates. Prior to joining Bluff Point, Mr. McInerney was a securities attorney in the securities industry with Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith, Thomson McKinnon Securities, and most recently, with Citigroup/Smith Barney.

Tyler Condello
Vice President

Mr. Condello is a Vice President at Bluff Point Associates. Prior to joining Bluff Point, Mr. Condello was an Associate at LNC Partners, a Private Equity firm focusing on information, financial, and healthcare services. Prior to that, he was an Associate in the investment banking division at Raymond James. Earlier, he was an Audit Senior at Deloitte in New York, NY.
