Administrative Systems, Inc. (“ASI”), founded in Sacramento, CA  in 1972 is the leading provider of innovative software and services used to facilitate retirement benefit disbursements and related item processing.

Banks, trust companies, benefit plan administrators, and multi-employer/union organizations use ASI’s solutions to manage retirement benefit disbursements, tax processing and other reporting, and secure document distribution - from automating payments and maintaining payee records to secure print and mail fulfillment.  ASI’s Software as a Service (“SaaS”) offering helps its customers improve operating efficiencies, increase customer satisfaction and support the growth of their businesses.

The Company’s blue chip customer base includes many of the best known trust organizations in the U.S. such as Charles Schwab, US Bank, BB&T, M&T, Citizens, Commerce and Union Bank with relationships extending as far back as 24 years.  Management estimates that in the next year, ASI and its SAS70 compliant proprietary systems will prepare, disburse and report on benefit payments totaling $12-$16 billion on behalf of 13,000 plans with more than 10MM participants and 1.3MM payees, producing over 6 million printed documents.

The Company’s primary offering is ASIPayTM, a self-service SaaS platform that provides complete, online management of benefit disbursements and tax reporting.  Transaction processing administered through ASIPayTM, is supported by two enterprise data systems: PCITM, a hosted software and database system for recurring (Periodic) disbursements and CTRPayTM which handles one-time (Lump Sum) distributions.  The Company maintains a highly automated, secure print and fulfillment operation and a co-location data center in Sacramento.
